Let’s Play

With over 750 hours in training, my yoga background is much like a rich stew.  My first teacher training gave me a solid foundation in pranayama, meditation and alignment.  From there I studied bikram, vinyasa sequencing, restorative, yin and ashtanga. 

My practice is deeply rooted in mindful movement and play.  Using these principles, we will move with grace and strength in the studio, so that you can bring fluidity and ease do your daily activities.
