Let’s Play

With over 750 hours in training, my yoga background is much like a rich stew.  My first teacher training gave me a solid foundation in pranayama, meditation and alignment.  From there I studied bikram, vinyasa sequencing, restorative, yin and ashtanga. 

My practice is deeply rooted in mindful movement and play.  Using these principles, we will move with grace and strength in the studio, so that you can bring fluidity and ease do your daily activities.

  • Yoga for Ski and Ride

    This 6 week series moves intentionally through our lower body and core, incorporating strength, mobility and flexibility to prepare you for winter sports.

    October 15 - November 19th

  • Restorative Yoga with Massage

    This 90 minute restorative yoga class is pure bliss! Join me in Milton at Balance Wellness. While you practice, I offer thai yoga and compression massage techniques.

  • Flow into Fall

    This three hour workshop will include a 75 minute yoga practice, an exploration of Stoney Grove, journaling time and farm snacks. All activities are meant to be grounding and assist with the transition into fall.
