My whole life has been movement based. I've been teaching people to play and be aware of their bodies since I was 18. I started off as a swim instructor, and since then have taught adults to kayak, paddleboard, swim, ski, snowboard and stand on their hands, through yoga. I am 100% a kinesthetic learner and massage and yoga are a perfect fit for someone who loves to move.
