Massage & Yoga for Better Movement

Designed to help incorporate massage into your training program, this massage focused package provides you with the tools you need to stay limber and recover quicker. This program can also be adapted to save you from your computer. Use this 6 - 8 week program to improve your posture and decrease headaches from tech neck.

Package Price: $475

  • In this session we will set goals for the program and begin to create an at home stretching routine. This session should be booked first with your first thirty minute session.

  • Targeted massages are effectively designed to assist you with a specific injury/condition.

  • Yoga and massage go hand in hand. We warm up the body through yoga and target the area that needs extra attention. These stretches will be incorporated into your weekly videos.

  • These videos will be emailed directly to your inbox and include a range of stretches and mobility exercises specific to you. The videos are designed to give your muscles a little relief between sessions.

  • We’ll set up quick check-ins to keep you on track to meet your goals.

  • Access to a members only Facebook group for tips and tricks.

Yoga for Ski & Ride

This 8 week program will get your body prepared for your favorite snow sport and help you recover from the first powder day so that you can get out and play!

  • Classes will prepare your body and mind for your upcoming winter activities.
